A company is publicly-traded when it has issued securities through an initial public offering (IPO) and is traded on at least one stock exchange or in the over the counter market. The operations must be authorized by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Brazilian capital markets regulator, which registers and authorizes stock exchange issuances for public distribution.
As a starter, the Securities, Commodities, and Futures Exchange (B3 S.A.) has made information available on its site and also has developed basic courses about investments in the stock Market. Afterwards, look for a stock broker of your choice.
Hapvida’s shares have been traded in B3 S.A.’s “New Market” segment (B3: HAPV3) since April 25, 2018.
Our stock prices can be tracked on the Hapvida Investor Relations website (with a 15 minute lag for pricing updates). Further, in the section Stock Alert, users can register to receive e-mail alerts when needed or when the stock price reaches certain levels.
All material facts, disclosure of results and other communications to the market are simultaneously disclosed to the CVM and B3 and in the investors’ relations area in the Company’s website. You may also receive this information by e-mail, click here.
The full financial statements are published annually in the newspaper “Diário Oficial do Estado do Ceará”. The quarterly financial statements, press releases, presentations, material facts and notices to shareholders are available at the investors’ relations area in the Company’s website. Further information on the Company may also be obtained in the websites of the B3 Stock Exchange and Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission.
Dividends are distributed at least annually by resolution of the General Assembly on the allocation of net income for the year.
Banco Itaú, the transfer agent of Hapvida’s shares, recently changed its policy for sending Income Reports. The bank will no longer send stock reports, investment funds and debentures by mail. Such documents will be available exclusively on the bank’s Digital Correspondence Portal at https://correspondenciasdigitais.com.br/. In the referred Portal, you only need to update your registration data and then you can receive your documents exclusively through digital means. It’s fast, easy and sustainable.
For accountholders of Itaú, the process is even easier, simply by accessing their account at www.itau.com.br or application. In the “Current Account” menu, the Income Report is available and in the “Investments” menu, you can access all your shares carried by Itaú. We emphasize that registration on the Correspondence Portal for bank account holders is also encouraged.
